Chilischote sehr fein schneiden.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Salsicce leicht an ihren Pellen einschneiden, die Pellen vom Br\u00e4t abziehen, in einer Pfanne Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen, das Br\u00e4t grob in der Pfanne zerteilen, im \u00d6l kr\u00fcmelig anbraten.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Zwiebel und Knoblauch dazugeben und and\u00fcnsten.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Einen Schuss  Rotwein dazugeben und einkochen lassen lassen. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Tomaten und Chili dazugeben, aufkochen und 8-10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">In der Zwischenzeit Wasser salzen und kochen, Spaghetti al dente garen, abgie\u00dfen. Petersilienbl\u00e4tter vom St\u00e4ngel zupfen, die Bl\u00e4tter grob hacken, in die So\u00dfe r\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken, Spaghetti unter die So\u00dfe mischen, mit geriebenem Parmesan anrichten.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Dazu passt ein kr\u00e4ftiger Italienischer Rotwein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dieses Rezept ist von Verena Lugert aus Spiegel online.
